Pets welcome upon approval.
- Maximum 2 pets/home
- Cats and dogs allowed
- Pet deposit: $300/home; one-time refundable
- Monthly pet fee: $35/home
- Breed restrictions apply; inquire for details
- Exotic species (hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, reptiles) not permitted without written permission from the community manager
- Fish allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons)
